Reading my book!
We had a special outing the Saturday after Christmas. We went to The Elephant Bar in Simi Valley (crazy rain storms and snow in mountains as we drove there) for lunch, then the Reagan Library for the day. They had a special exhibit for Disney. Rick and Lisa joined us from Oklahoma. We had a wonderful exhausting day! Lots of driving! (About 2hrs each way, 240 miles total).
Their ham and turkey foiccacia sandwich was amazing along with homemade mac n cheese.
One New Year's Eve, Mommy was ambitious and tried out 10 new recipes and made 11 freezer meals for January. New tradition! Yummy stuff! Cooked from 8:30am-noon. Tuckered out after.
Happy New Year! Mommy finally made peanut butter balls and chocolate covered mini oreos on New Year's Day. It had been on the to do list since the beginning of December! I think I'm officially up to date on the 2012 Blog! Now off to work on my Blog Book for the 2011 Blog... Also working on the Williams Family 2013 calendar. Multitasking before Daddy goes back to work next week!
